Materials & Tools Needed
1–2 pallet wood planks (depending on size)
Industrial pipes & fittings (metal)
Wood screws and nails
Drill & screwdriver
Sandpaper & wood finish (stain or varnish)
Measuring tape & pencil
Saw (jigsaw or handsaw)
Optional: metal brackets for extra support
Pro tip: Choose pallets that are smooth and untreated for safe indoor use.
Step 1: Prepare the Pallet Wood
Dismantle the pallet carefully and remove any nails.
Sand the planks until smooth to prevent splinters.
Cut the planks to your desired wine rack size.
Step 2: Assemble the Base Frame
Lay out the wood planks in the desired rack shape.
Use screws to connect the base and vertical supports.
Ensure the frame is level and stable.

Step 3: Attach the Industrial Pipes
Measure and mark the spots for the pipes.
Drill holes if necessary, then attach the pipes with fittings.
These pipes will act as wine bottle holders or decorative vertical accents.
Step 4: Finishing Touches
Apply wood stain or varnish to protect the wood and enhance its rustic look.
Optionally, add small hooks for wine glasses or decorative elements.
Let the finish dry completely before placing your bottles.
