These Terms and Conditions apply to all handyman services provided by Le Handyman by ATC, operated by ATC Design, with registered studios in France and the Netherlands. By booking our services online or in person, the client agrees to these terms.

2. Scope of Services
Le Handyman by ATC offers services including but not limited to:

Furniture assembly and repair

Interior design support
-
Locksmithing
-
Painting
-
Carpentry
-
Plumbing
-
Cleaning
-
General DIY assistance
We operate nationwide in both France and the Netherlands through our network of approved affiliates.
3. Emergency Services
Emergency services are available for:

Plumbing
-
Painting
-
Cleaning
-
General DIY
Additional charges may apply for urgent or same-day requests.
4. Materials and Tools

All necessary tools are included in the service.

Materials (e.g., paint, wood, screws, etc.) are billed separately and calculated using a coefficient of 2.5 based on purchase cost.

If materials are purchased before cancellation, they will be invoiced and can be delivered to the client. Delivery fees may apply.
5. Pricing and Payment

Standard billing is hourly, with a minimum of 2 hours per booking.

Flat-rate pricing can be arranged for specific projects.

Accepted payment methods: online payment and cash.

A deposit or advance payment may be requested before service.

Cancellation fees may apply if a confirmed booking is canceled.
6. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled by the client at no cost if done at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

In the event of delays or rescheduling by our team, clients will be notified as soon as possible.
7. Work Guarantee

We offer a 7-day workmanship guarantee.

If an issue related to our service arises within this period, we will return to fix it at no extra cost.

This does not apply to issues caused by misuse, third-party intervention, or materials not provided by us.
8. Insurance
We are covered by professional liability insurance for any damage or incident occurring during the service at the client’s premises.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By booking our services—online, by phone, or in person—the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions. A copy is available on our website and can be sent upon request.
