ATC DESIGN – Christmas Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by ATC DESIGN (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of ATC DESIGN, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with this giveaway are not eligible to participate.
The giveaway is open internationally, unless prohibited by local laws or regulations.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway starts on Tuesday, December 16th, 2025, and ends on Sunday, December 21st, 2025 at 11:59 PM (CET). Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
4. How to Participate
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps during the giveaway period:

Sign up with a valid email address via the official giveaway form provided by ATC DESIGN.

Like and share the giveaway video on Facebook.

Subscribe to the YouTube channel MyATCtv DIY.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries or fraudulent participation may result in disqualification.
5. Prize
A total of six (6) winners will be selected, one winner per language community.
Each winner will receive:

One (1) set of four wooden coasters, and
-
One (1) engraved wooden cutting board with Christmas decorations.
Prizes are handmade and produced from recycled or reclaimed wood. No cash alternative or substitution of the prize is possible.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries after the giveaway ends.
Winners will be notified by email on December 19th using the email address provided during registration. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Shipping
Shipping details will be requested from the winners after confirmation. ATC DESIGN is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the winner.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. Data Protection
Personal data (email address and contact details) collected for this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winners.
Data will not be sold or shared with third parties and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for:

Technical issues, network failures, or website malfunctions;

Lost, delayed, or incomplete entries;

Any damage, loss, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
10. Platform Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok.
11. Modification or Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in this giveaway, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the Organizer’s place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
