How To Improve Your Health In Ten Easy Steps

When we make health related resolutions, the big goals that usually come to mind usually are weight loss, joining the gym or throwing the cigarette pack in the trash. However, experts say that setting smaller goal can benefit more for our heath and here are 8 things you can try if you decide you want to live a healthier life:

  • Never skip breakfast. It’s the most important meal of the day. Have a filling and nutrition based breakfast with fruits and low fat milk.

  • Take smaller steps when you walk, because you will make more moves and burn more calories.

  • Stop gaining weight.

  • Have a least one salad per day and avoid artificial dressings. Dress your salad with a bit of olive oil and lemon.

  • Trim the fat. Switch to lower fat cheese for example.

  • Dairy calcium is good for the bones and helps lose weight. Eat dairy products.

  • Downsize your meals - The smaller the plate the less you will eat.

  • Keep a track of your eating to help you spot problems or make you more conscious and help you eat less.
