Vitamins, minerals, and herbs, found in alkalizing foods, and water, infuse the body with new energy, vitality, and better health. They provide nutrients which the body uses to neutralize toxins.
If pH balance inside the body is unbalanced, the body tries to correct that sensitive pH balance, which leads to colds, flus, allergies, diseases, viruses, and bacteria. Don't forget to hydrate. Drink at least half of your body weight in ounces of water each day, and add liquid minerals to increase the quality of water.
Avoid processed foods and condiments including ketchup, salad dressings, pickles, canned foods, breads, peanut butter, frozen vegetables, crackers, hot dogs, sausages and so on.
Grains should comprise about 20% of your diet. They are great source of vitamins, minerals, and essential nutrients, including folic acid, fiber, carbohydrates and antioxidants. Consumption of whole grains reduces the risk of chronic diseases including cancer and cardiovascular disease.
Reduce consumption of sugar and sugary products, including sodas, pies, ice cream, jams & jellies, artificial juices, puddings, doughnuts, corn syrups, chewing gum, sweetened drinks, cookies, breakfast cereals et cetera.
Avoid using the microwave.
Avoid dairy and meats.
Avoid fast foods and fried food.
Increase your consumption of raw fruits and vegetables. Include raw vegetables in every meal. For example stop eating toast for breakfast and take fresh fruits or fresh juices instead. Substitute your typical lunch with a raw salad or a vegetable juice. Have a large bowl of salad before dinner.
Following these steps will lead to a proper alkaline balance within your body, and it will increase the quality of your life. You will have more energy. You will be more focused. You will build strength and resistance to diseases, and your entire body will function more efficiently.
